Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff and students. The Nurse Educator will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of nursing practice and patient care.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs and curricula for nursing staff and students.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing personnel.

Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback.

Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff and students, fostering professional growth and development.

Collaborate with clinical staff to identify educational needs and develop appropriate learning opportunities.

Ensure educational programs comply with accreditation and regulatory standards.

Assist in the orientation and onboarding of new nursing staff.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and continuing education.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice, education, and technology.

Participate in research and evidence-based practice projects to improve nursing education and patient care.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certification as a Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred.

Proven experience in nursing education and clinical practice.

Strong knowledge of nursing theories, practices, and educational methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and implement effective educational programs.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
