Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Shift Care Hours LANGHORNE PA and surrounding area

Affintiy Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality nursing care during shift hours, ensuring the health and well-being of our clients. This role requires excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Shift Hours: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes according to their individual care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other nursing duties as required.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all care provided and maintain accurate client records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education and support.
• Respond promptly to client needs and changes in their condition.

RATE: $33.00-$36.00 per hour.
