Piedmont Crossing is a senior living community located in Davidson County in the Triad region of North Carolina. We host independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care communities and have been a top choice for retirement living for more than 35 years.

As a not-for-profit continuing care community, Piedmont Crossing is home to dynamic people with a passion for life. Our team members consider themselves a family, and we have been awarded Great Place To Work Certification for the past five years!

Our LPN's have a love for seniors and a respect for the needs of older adults. (You should too!) They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests.
