Provides comprehensive medical services and functional health assessments for members of the community, diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. May refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment Physician provides comprehensive medical services for members of family, regardless of age or sex within scope of training and provides quality and cost-effective primary care services to SJCH patient population, meeting their diverse health and social needs.
