Job Description

Educates patients, their families and health care professionals in the use of the organization's products and services. Organizes and conducts classes and individual meetings to demonstrate how the organization's products and services contribute to the maintenance and improvement of health and/or the management of specific diseases and physical conditions. Prepares and distributes educational and instructional material (e.g., booklets, promotional kits). May expand patient pool through participation in referral and screening programs. Provides information and suggestions to sales and/or medical representatives and management on the results of educational programs, including comments and questions from patients and health care professionals. - Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills - Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers - Solves a range of straightforward problems - Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures - Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline.

Qualifications

Kansas RN License


Computer/Typing Experience with minimal mistakes


Customer Service Experience


Telephonic Experience


At least 2-4 years Clinical Experience


Longevity at previous employers and either no or limited gaps in employment


Previous Call Center Experience
