Midland Care is currently seeking a dedicated Triage Nurse to join our team.
Summary:
This role involves triage responsibilities for all Midland Care departments, serving as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance. The Triage Nurse will assess patient needs, provide information on services, establish medical records, and facilitate admissions. This position offers a great team environment, with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Employment Status: Part-Time | Thursday-Friday 7am-7pm | rotating holiday schedule
LPN Pay Starting at $26+/hour (pay based on requirements and like experience)
$1,250 Sign-on-Bonus

Qualifications
Required: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current unrestricted Kansas license. 2-3 years home care or hospice experience preferred. Knowledge and skills with regard to pain/symptom management, crisis intervention and counseling. Commitment to the philosophy and expanding the capabilities of Midland Care. Must possess valid Kansas DriverοΏ½s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizationοΏ½s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
