JOB FUNCTIONS |
Within the specialty of the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), they are responsible for managing health problems encountered by the client and is accountable for health outcomes. The FNP will follow the six standards of practice:

Specifics: Current Nurse Practitioner Certification as a family nurse practitioner in the State of Oregon at the time of appointment. Possession of a National Certificate for Medicare, or the ability to obtain one by the end of trial service (6 full months from date of appointment). Employee is responsible to maintain current and active Nurse Practitioner licensure/certification and to provide verification at time of renewal.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Job Conditions: Normal working hours. May work evening clinics at the direction of the Program Manager and/or Health Center Medical Director. Participates in call rotation as assigned by the Health Center Medical Director.
Work Location: Lincoln County
Travel: Some travel may be required between clinic sites.
