Job Description:​
Currently, they are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive patient experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patient’s condition and response to treatment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
  • Well-trained in draw blood and administering IV drips.
  • Coordinate closely with the lab to address any patient inquiries regarding additional Blood screening. 
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.


Requirements

  • Valid APC license
  • Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Certification in a specialized area of nursing practice
  • Experience with basic computer data entry
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
