Job Description:
Currently, they are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical
Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting
a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient’s condition and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to
develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and
self-care techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
- Well-trained in draw blood and administering IV drips.
- Coordinate closely with the lab to address any patient inquiries regarding
additional Blood screening.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional
development activities.
Requirements
- Valid APC license
- Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in
patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a specialized area of nursing practice
- Experience with basic computer data entry
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
