• What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 operations of a 37-bed Cardiac Stepdown unit, ensuring high-quality, goal-directed nursing care

• Drive patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and physician collaboration
• Manage budgets, staff selection, and unit performance metrics
• Implement evidence-based practices and infection prevention standards
• Report to the Director of PCU and lead a team of charge nurses and staff
• What We’re Looking For:

Education: BSN required; MSN or Master’s in a related field preferred

• Experience: 2+ years of recent Acute Care Critical Care leadership experience (progressive leadership preferred)
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Texas RN license or compact license
  • BLS/ACLS required
  • National Specialty Certification (or plan to achieve within 1 year)
     
  Preferred: Experience in Magnet or Pathways facilities
