•Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position. Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure
•Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Provide health education to patients/families as needed
•Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
•Providing thorough and comprehensive nursing care in inpatient services in assigned sections/rooms in accordance with hospital service standards and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations
•Receive patients in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital
•Carry out initial assessments of patients to determine nursing diagnoses, prioritize patient needs and as a basis for creating nursing care plans, both independently and collaboratively
•Conduct periodic reassessments based on the patient's condition or if significant changes occur in the patient's condition, treatment plan, and individual needs to determine the patient's response and plan for further care and/or discharge
•Analyze integrated information from patient assessment data to plan nursing care and carry out nursing actions (both independently and collaboratively) to anticipate and prevent worsening of the patient's condition
•Ensure the availability and completeness of the equipment and medicines needed by and accompany the doctor during the examination to ensure a smooth examination process
•Carry out comprehensive educational activities for patients and patient families/companions to ensure the continuity of the patient's healing and recovery process
•Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and report developments in the patient's condition to the doctor
•Carry out complete documentation before, during and after treatment to be used as a reference for disease history, further treatment reference and patient visit statistics
•Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be used as analysis material by superiors or by other related parties
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
•Bachelor Degree from Nursing
•Have minimum 2 years work experience as a nurse in a hospital.
