SHG Temp Staffing is currently looking for LPNs to fill openings. Candidates should have an LPN license and related nursing experience.

CONTRACT LPN - Long Term Care:
- Pay: $37/hr
- Shifts: 2nd Shift
- 40 Hrs per week
- Immediate start
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a LPN preferred
- Current LPN certification/ License Verification
- CPR/BLS
- Covid Vaccine/Exemption
- Driver's License/ State ID
- Drug Screen
- Health Statement/Physical
- TB Test
- Perform all nursing duties in accordance with the scope of practice specific to the state you are working in, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures while keeping individuals cultural and spiritual beliefs in mind and maintaining professional standards and boundaries..
- Provide superior home care for individuals to improve quality of life.
- Implement specific procedures and programs.
- Coordinate work within the department, as well as with other departments.
- Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
- Respond to inquiries or requests for information.
- Assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Empathy for the needs of the client
- Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Prepare accurate, orderly and timely reports, documenting while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.
