About the Role
IVF Nurse Manager
FULL TIME
CF Sydney CBD (NSW) (IN OFFICE ROLE)
This management position will play an important role in implementing processes, quality services to support the CF and other clinic(s), and the initiatives of our specialty brand services.
The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day running, productivity and efficiencies of the IVF nursing department to provide primary quality care to patients and provide quality customer service to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business. This role includes accountability for the management of the nursing department employees, including patient management, clinical administration, training and education, performance management, workforce planning, nursing-related support services and health and safety.

About You (criteria)
You will be patient focused, compassionate, supportive and a team culture promoter.
Ideally you will bring the following to the role:
Bachelor of Nursing Degree or higher qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) - AHPRA
Follicle scanning certification (advantageous)
Min 5 years' experience in nursing (IVF/Women's Health)
Min 2 year's management and leadership experience
Donor and Surrogacy experience (advantageous)
Ability to manage patients and clinician expectations
Demonstrated management and leadership experience
Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous)
Current Basic Life Support or advance Life Support certification (or capacity to become certified)
Intermediate to advanced MS Office / Outlook
Intermediate to advanced Healthcare IT Platforms
Highly effective Communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and grievance self-management
Problem solving, critical thinking, decision maker
Excellent time management
Adaptability and flexibility
Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills
Intermediate knowledge of legislative requirements within a healthcare environment

Practices in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses, National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and functions according to the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) Standards
